Temporary Resident Visa for Returning Students
This program is only for international students who are returning to Canada. International students often needs to renew their temporary resident visa (TRV), so that they may re-enter Canada.
Are you an international student currently enrolled in a Canadian school? Is your temporary resident visa (also known as "visitor visa", or "entry visa") expired, or going to expire within the next 6 months?
If yes, you need to re-apply your temporary resident visa (TRV). A TRV will allow you to re-enter Canada as a student, whereas your study permit only gives you the ability to stay in Canada and complete your studies.
We recommend anyone who would like to apply for a TRV to start their application early, as it may take up to 3 months for the Canadian government to approve your visa. If you are going to travel to other countries, remember to get your TRV ahead of the time so you may return to Canada.

This can be quick and simple, such as for visitor visas, or may require entering multiple questionnaires. - 2Confirmation Before Payment
Our immigration consultants will check your answers and double-check your profile to confirm you meet the minimum requirements of a program. Only if you are eligible will we move you to the payment stage. At this time you must pay the SuperVisas fee. Government fees are paid later when the completed application is submitted and once we can correctly calculate the various government fees due.
