Note: If you’re a foreign employer not incorporated in Canada, you must submit paper LMIA applications to Service Canada.
Apply for a LMIA
Applying for a LMIA application can be difficult, as employers are expected to be accurate and compliant in their efforts to recruit Canadians for the position that they are hiring, in their LMIA documentation and an interview with Service Canada.
With any type of error, the application can be refused. The employer may lose up to $1,000 in government fees, in addition to 2-3 months on the LMIA application.
SuperVisas gives employers an easy-to-use, lower-cost online immigration platform for their employees coming to Canada. Our immigration experts will ensure their applications meet Service Canada’s requirements and provide guidance throughout the process including participating in the interview.
