如何申请创业签证？——项目细节及要求

在介绍了加拿大创业签证的申请条件之后，我们希望您对该项目的细节有一个清晰的了解。在这篇文章中，我们将讨论您需要在申请细节上注意什么，以及您需要准备什么材料才能申请。在上一篇文章中，我们提到，无论是申请短期工签还是PR，申请人都需要获得指定组织的支持信。“当申请人申请创业签证计划时，他们的商业想法或企业需要得到一个或多个指定组织的支持。”

这里指定组织指的是：它们是获准通过初创企业签证计划投资或支持可能的初创企业的商业团体。

指定机构包括：风险投资基金、天使投资集团和企业孵化器。请注意，想要获得风险投资基金的支持函，您需要从其中一家基金获得至少200,000加币的投资；要获得天使投资集团的支持函，您需要从其中一家投资集团获得至少75,000加币的投资。

开放式短期工签

创业签证申请人进入加拿大无需先申请永久居留权。短期工签也是先进入加拿大工作的一种选择。

如何申请短期工签？

在工签申请之前，申请人必须提交其“自雇”的offer，并支付雇主合规费（230加币）。

如果您的企业注册了加拿大税务局的企业编号，申请人需要提交“自雇”的offer，并通过“雇主通道（Employer Portal）”支付费用。

如果您的企业尚未注册加拿大税务局的企业编号，申请人将无法使用“雇主通道（Employer Portal）”。申请人需要向“雇主通道”发送电子邮件，并按照工作人员通过电子邮件发回的指示进行操作。

办理工签所需时间

通常，准备个人文档需要大约一个月的时间。总时间可能会因人而异。

创业签证工签将被优先处理。

政府处理时间

通常只有一个月，不像普通的工签。时间还取决于申请人在加拿大境外的居住国。如果申请来自加拿大境内，则截至2022年5月，当前处理时间为5个月。

家庭成员签证所需时间

对于您家人的签证，它们与工签的处理时间非常相似，通常与申请人本人的工签一起提交，并将同时获得批准。

PR处理时间

文件准备时间约为一个月。截至2022年5月，政府处理时间为31个月。

如前所述，申请人及其家人都包括在其PR申请中。
